Bangladesh steel destiny is in for major changes, as steel industries are pulsating towards growth and development. The country's rapid industrial growth is seen in the GDP which is moving above 6% annually for more than a decade and this movement is reflected in the steel industry also. Bangladesh is also foremost in ship recycling and 50% of the steel demand is
fulfilled through ship-recycling.
Even though there are lots of challenges endangering the growth, but the growing number of steel industries are changing the narrative towards growth and there is success stories in every direction.
